CSCLeaders - building global networks

"I know we are a BRIC but it's other democracies we want to hear from; how to make democracy work."

Two people more or less said this to me in India when I told them about CSCLeaders: one was a manufacturer, the other a bureaucrat (in the Indian, complimentary sense of the word). And in the same breath, both asked how they can help and who they can nominate. Because they are passionate about networks, learning, democracy, rule of law; everything the Commonwealth knows about.
