CSCLeaders assembles exceptional senior leaders from across the Commonwealth to tackle Challenges, build the global relationships and develop the Cultural Intelligence needed by the leaders of tomorrow.
The CSCLeaders 2016 Challenge
'What would produce a step change in how the public, private and
not-for-profit sectors work together?'
The Challenge underpins leadership learning. Participants tackle
the Challenge and develop proposals before presenting them to a
panel of experts. Implementing their ideas gives participants a
focus for their continuing connections.
Seven days in the UK. Participants hear from experts and thought
leaders in London followed by small group study tours in Manchester
and Glasgow to explore the Challenge and concepts of leadership.
The group reconvenes in Glasgow to share learning and develop
game-changing ideas in response to the Challenge at the end of Part
Participants choose one of three Commonwealth cities. Over four
days, participants address the Challenge from the context of a
different city, reconnect with each other and build on
leadership learning developed in Part One.
A powerful network of diverse, global leaders who connect via
Common Purpose's Massive Online Innovation Community (MOIC), a
dynamic, online platform developed for participants and alumni of
Alumni are also invited to Part Two programmes to refresh their
learning and expand their global networks.
